Thursday 25th November, 2021
The North American tradition of Thanksgiving on the fourth Thursday in November is long-established. It provides an opportunity to reflect and express gratitude for the blessings of the past year. Unlike many North American traditions this is one that has not impacted significantly on UK culture, and yet at Tufwell Glass we wanted to take a moment to consider what we are thankful for.
We are thankful of having been able to play our part in the response to the global pandemic by fulfilling orders of essential glass screens for hospitals and other clinical settings on behalf of the NHS. Our toughened glass screens served as barriers, protecting key workers from possible contamination when interacting with the public. Our moveable glass screens allowed space to be maximised in busy healthcare settings, with those glass screens made from smart glass providing patient privacy at the flick of a switch.
With the pandemic continuing we remain able and proud to provide glass screens to healthcare and other settings where safety is paramount.
We are thankful to have provided glass partitions to offices and commercial premises to facilitate a return to the workplace. Our glass partitions have helped employers to provide a suitable environment for those returning to the workplace following a relaxation of social distancing rules. Our glazed partitioning has helped office space to be reconfigured without the need for costly structural modification, with our free-standing glass partitions able to be moved according to task and requirement.
Our glass partitions are suitable for any office or commercial space. Whatever your needs, we’ll have the right glazed partitioning system for you.
We are thankful for all our customers – longstanding and new – for your business. We look forward to continuing to meet your glass needs in the year to come.
